Poor service by Tracker SA

For several days I have been trying to use my.tracker.co.za to find my car. Evry time it says ' Map cant be loaded'. I phoned the contact centre and was told they have a problem with the system and cant find my car. I pushed the panic button on the car and got no response, what the use of paying for a tracker unit and they cant find your car?????
