Pathetic,Useless totally disregarded!assit button not responsive!!

Horrible service from Tracker!!!!my wife has been waiting for assistance from roadside assistance in Boksburg for 4 hours they don't even respond to the emergency assist button after the 2nd time!!!!!they wanted to send out a person from Pretoria so we can pay extra costs!!!no customer service what so ever!!!Pathetic and extremely appalling!!!!!!!!!
