Pathetic Service

Pathetic service..I had my car ****** (towed from my house and driven at 163km an hour with sms notification yet tracker couldnt alert me via the sms notification on the account and now they seek to claim money from me and deny me access to trip log reports for the car.This company has a pathetic service and your vehicles are not safe with them .All they care is premiums not recovery of vehicles or customer service.I wouldnt reccomend anyone to subscribe to such poor service
