Not happy with Tracker

I have a tracker unit in my car and it is now giving me a problem I phoned tracker call center to ask for assistant when a consultant tried to reset my unit she told me that my unit is not responding and for them to have a technician come and assist I will have to pay some money because my unit is out of warranty well I am not happy with that because I have always paid my premiums and I have never tempted with their unit is their unit and business to make sure we get service they must take full accountability to make sure that their systems are up to standard. Is either they fix my problem or I will go to a different company.
