<p>A few weeks ago I was followed by a white Polo Vivo. I phoned Tracker for assistance. I gave them the number plates of the car and the details therefore. They managed to arrange a police van to escort me to my home. They traced the Polo to a man living in Booysens and promised to give me feedback. I didn't follow up on the matter and forgot about it. Today on my way home from work the same car was moving slowly towards. When I got home I became uneasy about the matter and decided to phone tracker to get feedback about the investigation. To my surprise, there was no record of my previous inquiry. The call center assistant was unable to assist me and did not even seem concerned about my worry. I've been loyal to Tracker for the past 4 years and this is the service I get? </p>
