No regard for safety. Disgusting customer experience with Lebohang Ndlovu

My vehicle was taken into Katlehong almost 3 months ago. Tracker "left me a message" although I do not have any record of the voice message. Neither of my 2 additional contacts were contacted. Been dealing with Lebohang Ndlovu • *** on this matter without any resolve. He does not reply to my emails. No feedback as to what the issue was. If this was a real emergency, I could have been killed. I have the highest tracker package and yet I received such a poor service and continue to receive such bad service!
