I am being billed for 2 tracking devices

It has now been over a month of me calling tracker (Skytrax) to get refunded on money that has been deducted from my account on a tracking device that I no longer use. <br> <br> I paid the cancellation fee which they can see on their side but they continue taking my money every month.<br> <br> I am really not happy about this because it's easy to deduct my hard earned money than to repay it!<br> Please refund. I do not want to be sent to anymore people.<br> <br> Regards,
