bad service and follow up

We have 10 units with Skytrax since way back when<br> we called to have units serviced and to install 2 new units <br> <br> it has now been over 30 days without anyone calling back or a tech coming out?<br> we called them 3 times still nothing <br> <br> i think it is time to change
