Bad service

<p>Tried using the tracker app to get my detail trip log between Friday the 24th February to 25th Friday. To my surprise the report stated that my car was last used at 00:30 on the 25th. It was parked from then until the 26th at around 18:10. I personally drove the vehicle between 02:30 am and again 5;30 am and the whole day on Saturday and yet they don't have a record of that. I called them and I was told they will investigate and I got an email today saying that since I can't get the report it's because my vehicle wasn't moving. I called them again and spoke to Tebogo Moho and she still insists that my car wasn't moving and there isn't anything wrong with their unit. I tried telling her that I was driving the car and then she says if I insist they will send in a technician to check the unit but I will have to pay</p>
