Bad Product

I have two Skytrax units. They have been installed less than a year. From time to time when i logon to the portal to check them, i'd notice that they are not updating. I have contacted Tracker about this before and did the same today. My question to them was, "What happens if I am don't logon to the portal to check it? When will Tracker know that my vehicle is not updating?" The answer was after 72 hours. In 3 days the vehicle will be long gone. This is just unacceptable!
