Skytech TV repairs

These guys came to my place to repair the TV on 26/04/24 and few hours later it was still not working. I called them they said they will come back to replace the motherboard, I am still waiting. They have blocked my number that they know, and are not answering any other number. We paid them via cash send, which was redeemed few hours after they left. There's another skytechtvrepairs.co.za on the Internet which looks more legitimate and different. I'm not sure what to think
