SKYTEC Hosting company that does not know what they are doing

A WORD OF ADVISE. DO NOT DEAL WITH SKYTEC. They have been hosting my domain for the last 10 months, as their services and downtime was so shocking I decided to change. This proved to be the biggest challenge of all time. They kept on denying they had anything to do with it and kept on blaming the last host. They had not completed the transfer ticket correctly and did not understand how to do so.Their MD LEON refuses to talk to his customers and his staff do not understand anything.
