Requested a quote for a solar system and they took five days to reply.

I responded within on the same day with some additional questions and haven't heard back since, I'd hate to have to contact them for support post installation if I had taken up their order.

Later I found some feedback from someone that did go with them and it didn't look great, I would avoid.
