Shocking Unprofessional Service

I had an Explora with xtraview at my home which worked fine. I then decided to open another account, got another explora and HD decoder for a second installation at my home. I also wanted to move from a Twin LNB to the new Smart LNB, which I also purchased.

I was looking for an ACCREDITED dealer in my area as I am living on a farm outside Melkbosstrand. I went on to DSTV website and they gave me an ACCREDITED dealer's name and contact details. I contacted Keith from SKYSAT DIGITAL SATELITE ( 16 Puccini Str Cape Town) on cell no. ********** . He informed me that he would make a booking for Monday morning 20/06/2016 at 09h00. Needless to say, at 10h10 on 20/06/2016 a small white Fiat UNO arrives with 3 guys in it. No markings on the vehicle whatsoever stating SKYSAT DIGITAL. I inform them what I require and off they go. At 15h30 they were still scratching their heads, and nothing was working. My one decoder was blown (I was told that its like having an accident with a car, it just happens) and is now ready for the junk heap, two TV's are working but the two extraviews are still not working. When I contacted Keith to inform him that the guys he sent did not have a clue what they were doing, he got aggressive with me and stated that it could take them hours and hours and who am I to judge that they did not know what they were doing. The gentleman left at 16h30, with only two of my TV's working. I contacted Keith who informed me that he would send someone the next day at 10h00 to fix the problem. At 11h30 I called him, to be told that they are on there way. At 13h00 I called Keith, to be told someone will call me shortly. At 15h00 I called Keith, to be told that the guys were busy with an installation in Sea Point ( I live outside Melkbosstrand) and that they would be around later the afternoon. No-one has arrived.

Shocking service, and I advise nobody to ever make use of this unprofessional company. It is also shocking that Multichoice has them on their website as accredited service providers.
