Total ripoff and bull****ters

I phoned this guy Denzil Marsh from gumtree and he said the call out and installation will cost R350 then the guys said I needed a new eye(R250) and first 5 meter cable(R18 per meter) then 16 meters,which cost meR288 and labour R375... Now tell me how the hell do you go from R350 to R1263... I'm pregnant,I have allot of expenses now this bull****!... I hope this people gets back to me or all hell is going to break loose!
