Zero customer service no contact

If I could give this company a minus 5, I would. I've been waiting for my parcel since making a payment on 25 Nov 2024. The package has been stuck at the depot since 26 Nov. The number doesn't go through, just spent hours listening to the IVR. A WhatsApp bot that doesn't connect you to an agent. Agents do not return calls or text messages. I waited the whole day yesterday waiting for my parcel after getting a text that it would be delivered, but not nothing. I haven't spoken to a person since I've been trying to follow up.
