Your call is NOT very important to them
Status on their website says out for delivery. I called their contact centre and I was on hold for 30m to speak to an agent with the voice prompt saying "Your call is very important to us". I wasn't feeling very important having to hold for 30m to speak to an agent. This company lacks customer service!!

28 Dec 2024, 18:10Even today, no reply from Sky Net, no one reached out to confirm when I will be getting my license disc. They don't care that from the 11th of December I'm driving around with an expired license disc due to their inefficient and non existent delivery service!!!
