I keep getting messages that my phone is delivered but it is not. Absolute no customer service, waiting 2 weeks for a phone from Vodacom, they don't answer their WhatsApp's and I decided phone them , hang-up after almost an hour of them constantly telling me that my call are very important to them and I should wait for the next available agent. IF MY CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO YOU, ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!! VODACOM please get a other courier service!!!!!!!
