Wrong address

Skynet drivers used wrong address to deliver my disc on 17th April when the driver called I gave him the correct address but he said he won't come to my address because he already passed my address, he told me to meet with him somewhere, I mean the reason why I ordered online is because im unable to go and get disc for myself, to date I haven't received my parcel when I try to track it says out for delivery for almost 9 hours now. Their service is very poor
