WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is far the most ***********,horrible and most disgusting service provider, I have been waiting from Wednesday for a delivery and when they eventually pick up the phone to transfer me to the driver the driver tells me that he resigned from 2-3 months back he doesn’t work with the company anymore.so my question is how does a company not know which driver took a parcel from their depot😡😡😡?
