Worst, Unprofessional service ever

Poor, disgusting behaviour from their drivers and rheir call centre agents. I have been waiting for my Parcel since yesterday, and when you call and enquire where my parcel they are taking me from pillar to post. Their agents have the owrst attitude, not helpful at all. I have been calling them all day and every call, I am being promised that my parcel will be delivered, and the last straw is I called them, and the lady said she is contacting their driver, after waiting for more than 15 minutes they dropped my call.

I do not know why Bathu is still working with them as they will lose their customers due to this terrible company
