Worst service from a courier. Non-existant Customer service
I received an sms that my parcel is out for delivery on 27/11/2023, it is now 29/112023 and I still haven't received the parcel. The is a vehicle licensing disc that I need delivered by these people couldn't be bothered to even answer their phone and now I see there's been several people with the same problem and they're just given a lousy automated response and clearly nothing is being done to resolve this.
