WORST SERVICE FROM A COURIER COMPANY

I ordered something from a company that ships with skynet. My parcel was recieved at the Skynet Isando branch on the 2nd of May. I still have not received it. Called them on Friday and they told me my address was wrong. Had I not called them when were they going to contact me to ask for my correct address ? I then rectified the address problem (which really wasn;t an issue to begin with as I had just put my complex name on the street address section and provided my street number thereafter). I was told that I would be called on the morning of the 7th of May to confirm delivery on that day.

NO CALL! My parcel has been in-transit the enitre time on their website.

YOUR SERVICE IS APPALLING. I even tried to email you guys yet the email address provided on your website keeps bouncing back. I am so disgruntled as I NEED that parcel for something very important.
