Worst service ever!
Very unprofessional, they don't care about the customer's request and even if you follow up, there's no one to assist then they decide to execute their own nonsense

18 Mar 2022, 13:08Instead of calling to apologize, Aya called me to tell me that's I'm talking nonsense... He basically said I never spoke to him on the phone and denies sending my parcel to Elandsfontein. If I ever have anything to do with this company again, it will be too soon
