Worst Service Ever

This is by far the worst delivery company. Have been waiting for my licence disc for almost a week now. Worst part it updates that the parcel is out for delivery but the delivery never arrives. Such a disappointing experience as l have to wait at home and wait . Have lost 4 days at and tomorrow being the 5th. Talked to a Lady called Naledi at customer service and she assured me the driver will definitely deliver today but nothing. When l called for the 2nd time she had forgotten about my case meaning they don't really care about their customers.l would recommend this company to anyone.

The parcel has been out for delivery for 5 days in counting but doesn't reach home. Such a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend skynet to any. It must just close down because they are causing headaches to people who put their trust in them

Still no email or delivery. You guys why you take too much workload and not be able to deliver. It's really not fair to keep people's items for such a long time. Local delivery taking a Week or 2..

Yes an email has been sent but still no positive update. This is not right at all you can't play with people' s time and important items like this. I wonder y you still operating when you have so many bad reviews like this for a year..
