Worst Service EVER!!!!

Dont even know why service providers still use Skynet because they are the worst service providers ever. According to their tracking stsystems my parcel arrived on Thursday 06/02/2025, but I still havent received it a week later. From Monday 10/02/2025 I have been receiving messages that it is out for delivery but till today I have not received it, even called vodacom to follow up but nothing.
