Worst service ever!

Unfortunately, Shein uses this terrible company to deliver their parcels. I live in an outlying area, and they use this as an excuse not to deliver my parcels. I'll make sure that Shein stop using this company and will email them about this bad service until they use another courier company. The driver that delivers to my specific outlying area seems to drive around with my parcel and when he feels that he is not in the mood to deliver my parcel, he drives back to the hub, and this goes on for weeks. And when I phone Skynet, they tell me sorry, but they only deliver to the outlying once a week. Then I have to wait a whole week and hope the driver does his work the next time. Most of the times he doesn't. It usually takes me numerous calls to Skynet to get the driver to deliver my parcel. Ridiculous.
