Worst service ever !

Worst experience ever. Had a parcel that were supposed to be delivered today. Went to go fetch my child in the next road. My sister called me and said the courier guys is there and asked for proof of adress. I ask the driver just to wait 2 minutes. I will be there now. Drove home and my sister told me that the driver said he cannot wait. Bare in mind that my sister showed my ID to them. I tried to rush after the bakkie, but could not catch them. I called Skynet Worldwide to ask if they can call the driver and ask him to turn back. After 45 minute of trying they eventually picked up the phone. The operator gave me the branch managers number to lay a complain, I called him 10 times and still no answer. Tried to use the whatsapp number, and still no reply. What's the point of having numbers if they are not reachable ? I know the driver had other deliveries but 1 minute is going to delay my parcell probably for another 10 days.
