WORST SERVICE EVER

I am so disappointed by skynet couriers, I've bought a phone at istore the phone was suppose to be delivered on Friday but unfortunately the driver never arrived and they have a decency to say "the consignee was not at home" but i was at home the whole day waiting for the, today they doing the same thing again coz I've been waiting for them. When I'm calling none of them is telling me the whereabouts of the driver.
