Worst Service Ever

I have had the worst experience ever with this company , I received an sms on 26/03 for a delivery with a tracking number , my parcel was meant to be delivered within 48 hours but 14 days later I haven't received my delivery , I have called the Pretoria branch a few times at first the Receptionist and cut the call after I explained my query , finally managed to get through to the head office , spoke to Ayanda Ngubane , she put me on hold she was also struggling to get hold of the Pretoria but she also didn't win .
