Worst Service Ever

Parcel has been out for delivery 2 weeks ago and still not received. You are putting peoples lives at risk due to your incompetence service. My mom has been waiting for medication for a period of two weeks and she has run out of pills, i had to use my own money to buy her meds. Tried following up why the delay, we are told the driver only services or delivers in my area on Tuesdays and Fridays and **** he found nobody home on the 2nd of January. No attempt was made to call or any notification to say the parcel is on the way. What makes me mad is your delivery guy lying that he made an attempt meanwhile he did not. I am so waiting for him to deliver on Friday, he will wish he had never met me. I am so furious right now. Your level of incompetence do not interest me at all. I am going to sue you.
