Worst service ever

I represent a small business in East London, we distribute parcels all around the country. Skynet continuously loses parcels, delivers to the incorrect customer and does not follow through on promises. Besides all this you are unable to speak to a manager or anyone to assist other than a call center agent, who in turn looks on their computer makes a promise and fails to follow through. It is extremely frustrating especially since we spend up to R40k a month on courier services. I would not recommend them to anyone.
