WORST SERVICE EVER

i received an sms saying the parcel is out on delivery on the 28/11/23 and yet no body came to deliver or even contact me, on the 29/11/23 i contacted the customer service to tell them to ask the driver to contact me on my number when he's at the gate to deliver, the agent told me he cant get hold of the driver and he cant provide me with the drivers number and yet he never arrived again to deliver. on the 29/11/23 it says the parcel has been returned to the sender ..NO DELIVERY NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COURIER COMPANY..THE WORST EVER!!!
