WORST SERVICE EVER.

If i could give 0 stars i would. My parcel has been in my city for two days,no update on the tracking website, no communication, phones just rings, finally got assisted over whatsapp ,i asked if i can just go and pick up my parcel, i got a response that it has already been scanned out for delivery and I will receive it before 5... still no parcel!!tried to phone, yet again no answer!!! Where is my parcel skynet??????
