Worst service by Skynet Worldwide Express

The worst service ever, they don't deserve any rating. I have been waiting for my delivery for over 10 days no communication from their side to update me on what is going on. Everyday at 9am they send SMS saying that the delivery will delivered by 5pm, then at 22pm another SMS saying delivery failed. All their communication platforms are either offline or just ignoring my correspondence.
