WORST SERVICE AT SKYNET

The worst experience EVER

I've had to wait for my delivery for 9 days, only to be notified on the 9th day that the driver was hijacked and my parcel was compromised. To make matters worse, I'm being told that they can't do anything about it, I NEED TO CONTACT SHEIN TO REQUEST A REFUND. Shein us telling me to contact SKYNET, their number doesn't go through, on Whatsapp they are refusing to assist me. I've never experienced such horrible service and I'm so distraught.
