Worst service

worst service I have received from this company, have been trying to contact them for over three days now.

I'm still waiting for my parcel that was supposed to be delivered 28/11/2024, all I received on that day was an SMS but no one has called me for the delivery and their website states that I'm unavailable. Cannot get through to their call center I've sent numerous emails, WhatsApp messages with no luck
