Worst service

Skynet is the worst courier one can be associated with,i got a notification to say my order was out for delivery on Monday and I have been following up with them since to a point I offered to pick them up myself. Their customer service line is wack you wait on the line for +-20 minutes without any assistance and I wanted to pick it up because of hijackings that have been happening around, now suddenly my parcel is compromised in a hijacking that was not even reported. I can’t even claim back my money. I’m very disgruntled because such could have been avoided.
