Worst Service

Worst Service I have ever received.... I am waiting a week for my parcel no phone calls received suddenly the status say Attempted delivery - no one home. Update was done 10 at night where will any delivery company be driving around doing deliveries at that time of the day???? I phoned the next day waited almost an hour to talk to some one ok they will send it out the next day. And again same thing no phone calls and just an update that say Attempted delivery - no one home. The following day try to get soneone on whatsup no reply send a mail they are just saying someone will contact you. Waited the entyre day NO ONE PHONED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A week later still waiting for my delivery.
