Worst service

Worst service ever, I was suppose to get my parcel on Wed 22/10/25 and I was not home the driver called, I said I was not at home, they can come on Thursday 23/10/25, they did not come or communicate, I called the driver, he said the parcel was handed to another driver, then I called them directly, then a lady answered and said my delivery was delivered, but I said I did not receive it, she said she will get back to me, I’m still waiting nothing 😞😞😞
