worst rated courier company ever

Waited all day for the delivery that was apparently dispatched in the morning, tried to call the customer service line at least 10 times, not once did I make contact to speak to an agent as you either spend endless minutes waiting to speak to someone or the call just cuts out! (R100 later wasted on calling the non existing customer service) After spending some time researching this company, I was horrified to discover that it has the worst rating known to mankind for a company both on Hellopeter and on their own facebook page!!!! Judging by the all the negative and angry comments from customers experiencing the same thing at this moment in time, I am in shock and horror that this lack of service has been allowed to continue by the senior management team! I will be posting an update every single day until I receive my delivery!! For the other customers who have been waiting far longer than me, its time this company gets reported to the "Consumer watchdog" with Wendy Knowler at Eastcoast radio and Carte Blanche!
