Worst of the worst

<p>Don’t believe a word that this courier company says. I was informed they were coming to pick up a parcel two weeks ago before 5pm, I then asked for it to be moved to after 6pm as I would not be home. At around 3pm the courier calls me to tell me they are at my house, then the time is changed again to that Saturday but I tell the courier to call me the morning as I have foreigners coming and I may still be out with them, he never called but just pitched up while I was still out. Then the pick up was changed to the following Tuesday evening but no one came or bothered to contact me. So I had to call again and get a new pick up time and then I was informed they don’t pick up after 5pm. So I organised and paid for someone to be at my house between 9:00am and 1:00pm the following Tuesday as the picked up was arranged for that time. AGAIN no one came or even bothered to call. So now the pick up was scheduled for last night at 6pm (suddenly they do evening pickups?????) Guess what AGAIN no one pitched up or called. Is this how Skynet does business and if so how are they in business. DO NOT use them ever, they are completely useless and can’t keep their stories straight when trying to explain why nothing has been done.</p>
