Worst ever courier company

I honestly donot know how they call themselves a courier company. I have tried every avenue possible to call them with no success . The call cnetre is auto answered with no further response . No response from customer services via email , The online chat is never responded to . I personally would not recommend this company to anyone . Its been a week and I just dont know when i will receive my package . The online tracking hasnt been updated as well. I wonder how long belong they close down
