Worst delivery service

I really don't understand why companies are using your services , you are the worst delivery services that anyone can opt to use .you contact centre is unreachable, it takes an hour to get hold of an agent and they keep you on hold until the airtime is finished.Whatsapp no response .I got an SMS that my parcel is out for delivery on the 19 Dec but up to today nothing came through.i need to travel and I can't since you are holding my licence disc that app**** for through FNB
