Worst delivery service

I have a delivery from vodacom due 12 days ago and they never showed up. If i call they dont answer or just put phone down 2 days ago on whats app was said its out for delivery and it never arrived. Its the worst delivery company which ill never use or recommend to anyone. Horrible service.
