Worst delivery service

I order from shein recently and on monday the 10th of November 2025 they said my package is outside but there was nobody and when i phoned the customer care of skynet worldwide express they weren't at all helpful, I phone next few day to get an update but everyday they tell me it wil come tomorrow its been 4 day and still i haven't received my package I seriously don't know what to anymore If there is anyone that can help please do
