Worst Delivery experienced by Skynet/ Vodacom

I’ve been waiting almost a week for my delivery from Skynet. I can’t understand why Vodacom continues to use a courier company with such a poor track record. The WhatsApp support line is completely useless—no agent has called me back despite their promises. After I threatened to cancel my Vodacom contract, they assured me the delivery would arrive today, but still nothing has been delivered. My advice: don’t order online from Vodacom—rather go to a physical store instead.
