WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - MISSING PARCEL - DONT USE SKYNET!!

What a nightmare, Don't buy your license online, if Skynet is going to be delivering or handling the package. I received an SMS on Wed (22/01) that my parcel will be delivered withing 3-5 days, the next day Thur (23/01) the parcel is out of delivery. I waited the whole day for this package. After 5pm, I phoned the helpdesk to let them know that I am still waiting. I am told the driver is still on his way will be there before 6pm... nothing.. no driver.. no parcel. Dealing with Skynet is a disaster, trying to get someone to speak to you on the helpdesk or the WhatsApp number. You have to wait for average 15 mins before someone will speak to you, no one ever answers the WhatsApp. The important documents which supposed to be delivered on Thurs wasn't delivered, and now on their website they show it was delivered with a POD. But I don't have the package. According to Skynet the package was delivered at 14:57, I have video footage no one was there to deliver anything... I sent emails to Skynet, still waiting.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
