WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND "DELIVERY" I'LL EVER EXPERIENCE

My parcel has been "out on delivery" for 2 weeks now. Nobody answers the phone when I call to try find out where my property is and when someone does eventually answer I get treated like **** and as if its totally inconvenient that they have my parcel. Virtually got shouted at when I became slightly irritated due to the woman telling me in a very elevated, snappy and undermining tone I must call the driver myself and find out where he is. I eventually called the driver but I was given an incorrect number. SKYNET! GIVE UP YOUR **** BUSINESS OR FIRE/REVAMP YOUR SUPPORT STAFF! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTE ****! Dont reply just give me my dam stuff!
