Worst customer service!

The delivery guy didn't even call me. I just saw an sms saying I wasn't available. I waited all day for my order. I'm still waiting for my order. It's been 6 days already. Their call center NEVER answers. Whatsapp replies after HOURS. Vodacom needs to stop using this courier company. They are the worst!!!!
